Delivery

Goods that are held in stock will usually be delivered the next day, Standard Delivery can take 2 to 3 working

days if placed before 3pm. If your goods are required the next working day - you must contact the office in order

to confirm if this is possible . Next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays. If you require a Saturday

delivery you must contact the office to request this

 

Please ensure you provide the correct Billing address that matches the card holder and the correct delivery

address including the postcode and landline telephone numbers to ensure there are no delay’s with your order. A

landline telephone number is required for any orders that are not getting delivered to the card holder's registered

address. We do not ship to flats or tower blocks unless they are manned by a contactable security firm with a

landline telephone number.

 

Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday. Items

damaged on delivery must be reported on the same day of delivery or must be received in writing from you within

24 hours from the time of delivery. No claims outside this time limit can be dealt with in any way whatsoever. Any

delivery notes must be signed unchecked or damaged delivery and any claim for any damages must be followed

up by photographic evidence.

 

Some items such as Heavy Catering Equipment items, have extended delivery times, they are normally delivered

within 3 working days although sometimes up to 14 working days may be required. We will contact you shortly

after receiving the order to advise you if we foresee any delays, please note we DO NOT guarantee times of

delivery but can contact the drivers on occasions if required for these products. Please contact Customer

All deliveries will be to a ground floor only, on occasions if item is heavy the delivery person may ask for help to

lift the item of the back of the lorry.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises.

We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the

customers responsibility.

 

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

The customer will be responsible for the disposing of all packaging.
